General Information

The first tuition payment is due by May 1st 2024. This becomes the June payment for school year. This is non-refundable. If a payment is not received, a spot will not be held for September. The tuition payment due is one entire month.
Tuition is due for the remainder of the year is due on the first of the month. (Example: Sept. 1st, Oct. 1st, Nov. 1st, Dec. 1st, Jan. 1st, Feb. 1st, March 1st, April 1st, May 1st). We have an online payment system that is the preferred method of payment online. To pay Tuition Online Click Here
Payments received after the fifth of the month will be subject to a $30.00 fee.
Checks are made payable to St. Therese Nursery School. You will receive a set of pre-marked envelopes for each month at Meet and Greet.
Per our quarantine policy, in the event that we transition to virtual learning, materials will be provided and this will become a part of the tuition.
Please use the tuition envelopes provided and place in the drop box in the nursery hallway.
There are no reimbursements for a sick day, snow day, or vacation days that do not follow our calendar.
The federal tax identification number is available by inquiring with the director.
Siblings receive a tuition rate of the older child at full rate and the younger at a 25 percent discount.
Contact the director for the federal tax identification number for tax purposes and receipts for pre-tax deductions.
