 Dear Parents,

        Each year we sell pies for Thanksgiving as our first fundraiser. Participation in our fundraisers is completely voluntary.  Funds raised will be used for new equipment for our school.  We will share our items purchased in our newsletter! 

 This year our pies, breads, and cookie dough will be supplied by Bishop’s Orchard.  The frozen cookie dough is in 24 pre-formed cookies!  Pies arrive frozen and you must bake them yourselves (with the exception of Pecan).  As a result of the pies being frozen (perishable), there is no freezer available to hold them and they must be picked up on Tuesday, November 14th 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the nursery school.  These pies leave a wonderful aroma in your home!  If you are interested in ordering, please follow the dates and deadlines below.  The pies are $20.00 each, breads are $8.00, cookie dough is $14.00 for two dozen and a six pack of doughnuts for $8.00! Also, this year the cream pies are only being offered in store as Bishop’s has made a connection with a organization called “Special Touch Bakery” that employees special needs individuals as bakers. On Line ordering is preferred! Please share this option with your family and friends.

This is another option to share with family in friends that you may not be able to share the paper order form with!  Or if someone places an order with you, you can have them pay online in lieu of collecting the amount due!

Orders due by:  Halloween! Tuesday, October 31st. Pies and cookie dough will arrive and must be picked up on: Tuesday, November 14th 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. I will be picking up from Bishop’s at 8:00 a.m. and we need time to sort orders so unfortunately, they will not be ready for arrival.
